Shipping Methods

FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $200!

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before your order ships.

Important Shipping Details

✔ P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy Shipping. Please note that transit times may vary.

✔ Freight Forwarding Addresses: We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses at this time.

✔ Pre-Orders: If your item is a pre-order, it will ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date.

✔ Tracking Your Order:

If tracking information is not updating for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at info@shopfemmeprosper.com for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that carrier issues and delays can happen. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

Wait 4 business days

sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.

Check surrounding areas

look around your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors in case it was misdelivered.

Contact the carrier

If you still haven't received your package after 4 days, contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim.

FemmeProsper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered." If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

If the carrier’s tracking link has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please email us at info@shopfemmeprosper.com, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.

Can I Change My Address After Placing an Order?

FemmeProsper orders begin processing immediately after they are submitted, which means we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.If you need to update your shipping address after your order has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Please note: Updating an address after an order has shipped may delay delivery and could incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, FemmeProsper only ships within the U.S. We are actively working on expanding our international shipping options—stay tuned!
