What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and ShopPay for installment payments.

Yes! We offer installment payment options through ShopPay, allowing you to split your payment into 4 easy installments.

You will be charged at the time of purchase. If you place a pre-order, your charge will be processed immediately, and your item will ship when available.

We offer the following shipping methods within the U.S.:

  • Pre-order – Ships in 2-3 weeks via UPS/USPS
  • Economy – Delivery in 4 to 7 business days via UPS/USPS
  • Standard – Delivery in 3 to 5 business days via UPS/USPS

Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days before shipment.

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of the U.S.

You can track your order via:

  • Your Shipment Notification Email
  • The Order Confirmation Page
  • Your ShopFemmeProsper account

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, please Contact Customer Support for assistance.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Wait 4 business days as some carriers mark packages as delivered early.
  2. Check surrounding areas and with neighbors.
  3. If still missing, contact our Customer Support to investigate.
  4. If mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

FemmeProsper is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes. If your order has already shipped, you will need to reach out to the shipping carrier:

  • UPS (Domestic Orders): Use UPS My Choice to update your address.
  • USPS (Domestic Orders): Use USPS Package Intercept to modify address details.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Purchased via ShopFemmeProsper.com
  • In new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags
  • Free from makeup, deodorant stains, or odor
  • Safely packed to avoid damage during return shipment

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Underwear (Briefs, Thongs, Bodysuits)
  • Socks
  • Hair Accessories (Scrunchies, Clips, Headbands)
  • Swimwear (unless hygiene stickers are intact)

All returns are refunded via store credit only.

You can start a return by visiting our Returns Portal and entering your order details.

Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are in stock. These items typically ship in 2 weeks, and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your item is ready.

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, they will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Check out our Size Guide for detailed sizing information. We recommend choosing the size that best fits your measurements for the most comfortable fit.

To ensure longevity:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Avoid fabric softeners
  • Air dry
  • Detailed care instructions can be found on each product page.
