Domestic orders, including pre-orders, generally take 2 weeks for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international orders.

Standard shipping rates apply based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly via the carrier's website or through the link provided.

Returns & Exchanges

Below are some questions about our return and exchange policies.

We offer 30-day free returns for store credit on domestic orders. If you would like a refund to the original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, visit our Start a Return page and follow the instructions to generate your return label.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. For other sale items, you can follow the regular return process within the 30-day window.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 7 business days. Store credit or a refund will be issued shortly after.

Gift Cards

Yes! We offer E-Gift Cards that are delivered by email. These can be used for any purchase on our site but are not eligible for return.

During checkout, simply enter the gift card code provided in your email to apply it to your order.

Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be returned. Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of another gift card.
