We want you to love every piece of FemmeProsper you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

However, to maintain our commitment to quality and hygiene, your return must meet the following conditions:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:


• ✔ Be purchased directly from ShopFemmeProsper.com

• ✔ Be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• ✔ Be free from makeup, deodorant stains, sweat, perfume, or any other odors
• ✔ Not be damaged or altered in any way

• ✔ Be safely packed to avoid damage in transit

• ✔ Be processed through our Returns Portal before sending back
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and store credit will not be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear: Briefs, Thongs, Bodysuits*
Socks
Face Coverings & Headbands
Scrunchies & Hair Accessories

*Bodysuits from our collections can be returned as long as they have been tried on with underwear.
None of this affects your statutory rights.

Print your return label and securely package your item
Ship it back to us!

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit via email so you can shop for something you love.
