ShopFemmeProsper Return Policy

We want you to love your ShopFemmeProsper pieces! New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, including prepaid credit cards, or you can opt for store credit. Gift returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Online orders can be returned by mail or in person at our store location. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased in-store can be returned either online or in person. To return online, you must have provided your email at the time of purchase for a digital receipt or linked your order to your ShopFemmeProsper account.

At ShopFemmeProsper, we want to ensure that you love every piece you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’ve created a return policy that’s both flexible and fair to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Domestic Orders

We offer 30-day free returns on all domestic orders when opting for store credit. This means if your item doesn’t quite fit, or you’ve had a change of heart, you can easily return it within 30 days and receive store credit for future purchases.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we are happy to accommodate this request. However, please note that a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

Should you wish to receive a refund back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal), a $6 return shipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of processing and shipping. This fee ensures that we can continue offering you free store credit returns without any additional charges for store credit exchanges.

Final Sale Items

Please be aware that items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These products are deeply discounted or part of limited-time collections, so we are unable to process returns for them. Final Sale items will always be clearly marked to ensure there’s no confusion when making a purchase.

  • Unworn: The product must be in new, unused condition without any signs of wear or damage.
  • Unwashed: The item must not have been laundered or cleaned.
  • Original Condition: All items must include original tags and packaging. Any returned items that do not meet these criteria may be refused and sent back to the customer.
